Authorization for Expenditure Pro provides a centralized, accessible location for the preparation and storage of AFE’s. Related drilling, completions, facility and accounting information including detail cost estimates, mail ballots, operations notices, partner approval and accounting actuals are all tracked within the AFE Pro software module.  This gives users a central location that can be queried by all departments.

Data Input Administrators can readily identify and prioritize time sensitive Mail Ballots and Independent Operations Notices. Surface and Mineral Land groups can track all of their project specific data from encumbrances to reclamations. Engineering Supervisors can track and manage Capital Commitments with reports by individual project, company, area, team, AFE type, commitment status or project manager.
